You may have used a different password when you registered the account, which you can quickly find out on the 'Forgot Password' page. Click here to go there now.
You may not have completed the user activation process. Upon registering, you should of received an email with a link which you can click to activate the account. Sometimes the email may go to your junk or bulk folder, so may want to check there. By signing in, if your account is inactive, you should receive another activation email.

While .NET 2.0 is required, the installer will automatically download and install it for you if it is not already installed. If you have any issues with the .NET installation, you can click here to manually install it now.
(Optional) For voice support, DirectX 9 or later is required. Most systems already have this installed. If you do not have DirectX already, you can click here to install it now.

Updates are automatic, you'll simply be prompted to do the update, and everything will be taken care of for you. Quick and painless is key to enabling us to perform updates as frequently as needed.

Yes. Due to the fact that updates are very small, having required updates allows us increased security and functionality from not having to build in backward-compatibility.

We're shooting for a major update every 2-3 months.
