You may have used a different password when you registered the account, which you can quickly find out on the Forgot Password page. Click here to go there now.
You may not have completed the user activation process. Upon registering, you should of received an email with a link which you can click to activate the account. Sometimes the email may go to your junk or bulk folder, so may want to check there. By signing in, if your account is inactive, you should receive another activation email.
